Draft terms

Terms of Service

Last updated: 18 May 2026. These terms are a validation-phase draft. They are intended to make the private beta boundaries explicit and should be reviewed by counsel before broad commercial launch.

Validation phase

RentGPU is in validation phase. The site collects waitlist interest, capacity partner applications, and pilot booking requests. It does not guarantee availability, uptime, pricing, delivery, or access to any specific GPU.

No production SLA

Private beta interactions are best-effort. Any pilot session is coordinated manually until the marketplace has production booking, metering, and support systems.

No custody

RentGPU does not ask for private keys, wallet seed phrases, cloud credentials, or direct machine passwords. Phase 0 payments, if any, are coordinated manually between client and capacity partner.

Acceptable use

You must not use RentGPU to request or provide capacity for illegal activity, abusive scraping, malware, credential theft, privacy violations, or workloads that would harm a partner's infrastructure.

Capacity partner responsibility

Capacity partners are responsible for accurately describing their hardware, location, availability, legal authority to rent capacity, and tax obligations.

Client responsibility

Clients are responsible for their workloads, data, compliance needs, wallet transactions, and any credentials they choose to exchange during a manually coordinated pilot.

Changes

These draft terms may change before commercial launch. Continued use of the private beta after an update means you accept the updated terms.
